to be successful you should…

  • have previous experience in a management or leadership role
  • have experience in sales and achieving budgets
  • a desire to work on the shop floor and interact with customers on a daily basis
  • a pro active attitude and be driven to achieve
  • confidence in striking up a conversation and build strong rapport with customers
  • be comfortable serving customers in the fitting room, this is an intimate service environment where we "fit" swimwear
