Your new role

  • Leading and motivating a passionate team of 13 casuals to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
  • Creating and managing rosters to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a culture of excellence.
  • Driving local marketing initiatives and community engagement to grow your customer base and elevate the in-store experience.
  • Managing store operations, financials, and KPIs to achieve business goals.
  • Mentoring future leaders and fostering a supportive, growth-focused environment.
  • Overseeing stock control and cost management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities
  • A calm, adaptable approach under pressure and a professional presence.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
