About the role:
The Coupa Application Administrator is responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Coupa Procurement Platform and its related integrations. This role ensures the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Coupa system to support business procurement and invoicing.
Key Accountabilities:
System Support & Maintenance
- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Coupa users across purchasing & invoicing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Manage user access, permissions, and role configurations in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor system performance, integrations, and scheduled jobs to ensure stable operations.
End User Assistance & Training
- Act as the first point of contact for Coupa-related support requests.
- Assist end users with navigation, transaction processing, and error resolution.
- Develop and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Deliver user training sessions and refresher workshops as required.
Configuration Management & Enhancements
- Assist in configuring Coupa modules to meet business requirements (e.g., approval chains, forms, catalogues, supplier setup).
- Support testing and validation of system changes, updates, and new features during releases.
- Collaborate with system administrators and functional leads to identify opportunities for system optimisation and automation.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure system processes align with company procurement and financial policies.
- Participate in change management and testing cycles during system upgrades or enhancements.
- Monitor new Coupa releases and recommend relevant features or improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.
