Are you ready to be part of something big? Join ClearView as an entry‑level New Business Processor where your attention to detail and drive will help power the growth of our Life Insurance offerings. You'll process new applications, assist with additional business, and ensure all work meets the highest Financial Services standards. If you're organised, keen to learn, and excited by the opportunity to grow—this is for you.
Primary (Key) Responsibilities
- The complete administration of New Business applications whilst in proposal / underwriting for our Direct Products
- Liaise with Underwriters and Direct Sales agents accordingly
- Responding internal & customer queries in writing and via the telephone
- Meeting all service standards and quality objectives
- Following up external parties for further information such as medical professionals; other internal departments
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ad-hoc requests / tasks from management when required
- Relationship building (internal / external)
- Filing / General Office Administration
- Reception duty when required
Experience and Qualifications:
- Required / Highly Regarded or beneficial
- Administration experience
- Specific Life insurance experience - preferred
Attributes or Skills Required:
- Customer Service Orientation
- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Relationship building & communication skills (internal / external)
- Complaint resolution skills
- Basic Project Management Skills
- Insurance industry systems experience
- Microsoft Office Experience
