About the role

The Packaging & Graphic Designer plays a critical role in the creation and delivery of packaging and marketing assets for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand activity. This role ensures that all visual elements—from packaging artwork to point-of-sale materials—are executed with discipline, accuracy, and efficiency. Working closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and sales teams, and with a focus on precision, organisation, and production flow, this role ensures Godiva products are market-ready, beautifully presented, and aligned with the Godiva brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and develop packaging concepts for Godiva's range of chocolate products, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity
  • Create eye-catching graphic elements, such as logos, illustrations, and typography, to enhance the overall packaging aesthetics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to understand and translate brand requirements into compelling design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging design to continuously improve Godiva's product presentation
  • Prepare final design files and provide support during the production and implementation process
  • Participate in design reviews and address feedback to refine and optimise designs

What we're looking for

  • 2 – 4 years experience in a marketing production, packaging coordination, or asset management role.

  • Previous exposure to packaging development, artwork sign-off processes, or campaign rollout.

  • Experience working within FMCG, luxury retail, or consumer product environments preferred.

  • Proven experience delivering omnichannel campaigns and ecommerce performance

  • Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Keen eye for detail, colour, and typography, with the ability to create visually striking designs
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for the creative industry and a deep understanding of branding and consumer trends
