Tango Group International is seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house studio based in Braeside. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team working across a wide range of brands and projects.

With a strong international supplier network and a focus on value and quality, we proudly partner with major Australian Retailers and delivering our products to households through over 5,000 stores across Australia and New Zealand.


What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain compelling brand identities and packaging design.
  • Create diverse marketing materials including packaging, product photography, social media content, print collateral, EDMs, signage, advertising, and website assets.
  • Lead and execute professional product photoshoots, from styling and lighting to editing.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to ensure creative alignment and project success.
  • Contribute to building a strong social media presence through impactful visuals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role.
  • At least 5 years of packaging design experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
  • Strong photography skills—including product styling, studio lighting, and retouching.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience with MYOB Advanced is a plus.
  • Strong prepress knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Mac OS proficiency.
  • A team player with a solutions-focused attitude and openness to feedback.
