Due to an internal promotion we are on the lookout for permanent time Payroll Officer based at our Geraldton Office

Duties and Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Processing of high-volume payroll functions of 100+ employees across our diverse range of shutdown & projects
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, including entering of timesheet and payroll data
  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders on payroll-related matters resolving payroll queries and discrepancies.
  • Perform ad hoc duties outside the pay cycle.
  • Assisting employees with their payroll queries
  • Point of contact for employee payroll enquiries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, processing multiple weekly payrolls across the business.

To be considered a suitable candidate you will require

  • Minimum three years' prior experience in similar fast-paced role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in both Reckon Hosted & Time Cloud
  • Valid Police Clearance.

Roster

  • This role is flexible with working hours, this has can be Monday to Thursday school hour's role for the right candidate. Or a Monday to Wednesday 8.30 – 4.30
