We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and has a warm, professional phone manner.

About the Role

You'll assist with a variety of administrative tasks to help keep our busy office running smoothly. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • A confident and professional phone manner
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email in a workplace within the last 2 years
  • Intermediate proficiency in both Word and Excel (you may be asked to demonstrate these skills during the interview process)
  • Overseas travel experience within the past 3 years
  • A reliable car, as travel may be required
