Your responsibilities will include:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Personable and approachable manner with our members and guests
  • Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Sign in all visitors to using our integrated system
  • Processing membership applications
  • Collecting payment, operating EFTPOS
  • Performing additional administrative tasks
  • Providing quality service which aligns with our OGBC values
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Excellent work ethic and reliability
