**Company Description** Exciting Opportunity at Maven Dental Ferny Grove Join Our Team as a Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist**

Our well established 3 chair dental practice is focused on delivering smiles and positive experiences to each and every patient. We offer a friendly environment, advanced technology, exceptional service and a comprehensive range of dental treatments from check-up and cleans to teeth whitening to Invisalign.
**Job Description** Responsibilities**:

- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide a high level of customer service at our reception desk, processing payments and health insurance claims, booking appointments and other administrative tasks as required.
- Take on a variety of tasks across different functions, demonstrating versatility and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

**Salary**: $28 - $35 per hour depending on experience. Saturday availability would be desired but not required.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
