We are seeking an experienced
Site Administrator
to support a BESS project in Dubbo.

About the Role

The Site Administrator will provide essential support to the site management team by performing daily administrative tasks that ensure project efficiency and compliance. You would be required to manage documentation, support site operations, manage site access, coordinate logistics and enhance overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational efficiency
  • Administrative support
  • Drive the development and implementation of streamlined administrative processes to enhance project performance
  • Oversee site access, security, office facilities, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Act as a key point of contact for project field team members for administrative tasks and queries
  • Take minutes of meetings with client/subcontractors

About You

  • Proven experience in administrative roles in construction
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proven experience with construction site operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint),
  • Construction Induction card (White Card)
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills
