With an expanding portfolio and a strong focus on quality and sustainability, we're looking for a talented and motivated Draftsperson to join our Design and Consultation Team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support sustainable growth and better water outcomes for the future.

The Opportunity

As a Draftsperson at True Water, you'll play a key role in the design and documentation of wastewater treatment systems. Working alongside our designers and consultants, you'll help deliver efficient, practical, and sustainable solutions tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain drawings for wastewater treatment systems and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with engineers and consultants to develop detailed design documentation
  • Support the preparation of design reports, proposals, and technical drawings for clients and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure designs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company and industry standards
  • Assist with design reviews, updates, and revisions based on project requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and documentation processes

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, great communication skills, and a passion for creating practical design solutions that support environmental sustainability.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • A qualification in Drafting, Design, or a related field
  • Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CAD)
  • Experience in Solid Works beneficial
  • Previous experience in civil, plumbing, or infrastructure design (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
