Export Control and IP Administration

Our client URGENTLY requires an Export Control and IP Administration for 11 months + Contract in Garden Island, Sydney.

The management of IP requires specialist contract management skills to oversee the responsible management of IP in accordance with the contractual and governance arrangements that span across the acquisition and sustainment phases.

This role will assist with and lead the IP review and assessments with processing DRRs and DTRs.

  • IP background and/or law degree is preferred.
  • Actioning access requests for regulated systems – mix of IP and Export Controls.
  • Updating the tools for Export Controls eligibility assessments/vetting.
  • Developing and implementing the tools for IP eligibility and access authorisation.

Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
