Reporting into our Creative Manager, we need a Junior Creativewho lives and breathes all things design. We want someone who has a love for branding, bold visuals and making things look way cooler. We need someone ready to bring the heat and unleash scroll-stopping, mouth-watering visuals across Australia and New Zealand.

If your taste is legit, your creativity sizzles and your portfolio hits all the right spots then yeah… you're in the right place. This gig is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Whip up bold, on-brand creative that makes people say, "Yep… that's SO Wendy's."
  • Design digital content for social, web, EDMs, animation, video and anything you can think of.
  • Support in-store visuals, menu panels, posters, POS and store marketing that pops.
  • Collaborate with the marketing crew to bring campaigns to life with style and flair.
  • Follow brand guidelines…but don't be afraid to push them (tastefully).
  • Juggle multiple briefs without breaking a sweat.
  • Keep files organised because chaos is for onion rings, not artwork.

What We're Looking For

  • A portfolio that shows you've got taste, the good kind.
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience is required.
  • Strong Adobe CC skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects & Premier) Figma is a bonus flex.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork, ego not required.
  • Detail-obsessed, organised and always ready to learn something new.
  • Ability to work fast, stay cool and adapt when things get spicy.
  • A positive vibe, good energy and a passion for all things creative.
