**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**

Our client is one of Australia's leading hospitality entertainment providers. Due to extended growth within the business, they are now looking for a creative Junior Product Owner to plan, manage and deliver digital products, specifically looking at a custom booking platform.

This role will be accountable for working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a roadmap that provides customers with a world-class, seamless and integrated experience that is commercially successful.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Work with the delivery & product team to plan and develop the digital product roadmap and any related integrations;
- Manage the prioritisation, and implementation of new features, working closely with a digital agency and overall team;
- Prioritise the product backlog according to the business value and ROI;
- Surface bugs or errors and manage the process from start to finish of resolving them;
- Work with stakeholders to define and document product development requirements;
- Communicate product planning and release scheduling processes with stakeholders;
- Identify product development opportunities through ideation, discovery and insights;
- Be the go-to person for all things related to the product including troubleshooting, anomalies and ensuring it is always operating in an optimal state.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Demonstrable Product Owner/Manager experience and proven skills in building long-term product visions is desirable but not essential;
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum Project Management Methodology
- Possess a tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing or IT;
- Experience in translating requirements into actionable user stories;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, across multiple stakeholders and teams across programs;
- Exposure to and knowledge of the importance of Quality Assurance testing and User Acceptance Testing;
- Understanding of APIs and integrations between systems;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- SQL & Database knowledge is highly favourable;
- Knowledge of JIRA / Confluence would be desirable.
