Our Change team is currently on the lookout for an experienced Change & Engagement Manager to join the team and support SkyCity Adelaide with adopting, embracing and embedding change for a significant multi-year business transformation program.
About the opportunity
Reporting into the Transformation Change Lead, this role is responsible for driving a strong culture of awareness for the Program by proactively engaging and communicating key messages to support the delivery of the Program's transformation goals and embed understanding into the business. Working with the Change team, this role will plan, schedule and run change champion network sessions and proactively engage stakeholders across the organisation to participate in Townhall sessions and obtain feedback on engagement methods and effectiveness.
This role will also be responsible for developing various strategies and campaigns to gain interest and elevate engagement across the organisation, and track the success measures through the result of feedback and insights. Managing the change activities through all phases on small changes will also form part of this role, with support and coaching provided from the Transformation Change Lead.
About you
You will have a strong track record of creating and delivering strategic communications and engagement planning, coupled with managing multi-channel communications and engagement approaches. Your strong interpersonal, influencing and self-starter skills will give you the ability to manage expectations of a wide range of stakeholders and manage tight deadlines and concurrent tasks effectively. Possessing the ability to assess the effectiveness of communications and engagement strategies and activities, as well as utilising the most effective communications mechanisms and platforms to ensure maximum audience reach and engagement, will see you succeed in this role.
Previous experience working on complex initiatives, including project or program communication and business change will be highly regarded, whilst tertiary qualifications in Communications, Change or Marketing (or equivalent industry experience) is essential.
