**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development, execution, and evaluation of an effective Change Management Plan for the ePCR Project, coordinating with other teams and the ePCR Solution Supplier.
- Oversee the development and distribution of comprehensive internal and external communication plans, materials, and key messages to support effective positive engagement for the ePCR Project.
- Direct the development of Non-Clinical Training Packages, coordinate training scheduling, monitor training efficacy, and ensure proper record-keeping for deployment planning.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders within SAAS and external organizations to support coordination and implementation of change activities and external engagement.
- Identify risks, areas of concern, and provide expert advice on mitigation strategies or potential solutions related to change management and communications for the ePCR Project.
- Lead, manage, and support the members of the ePCR Change & Engagement Team, promoting collaboration, effective communication, and a positive work culture aligned with SA Health's values.

It will allow paramedics to enter patient observations and care details directly into a digital platform, accessible in real-time. This will not only enhance the quality of care delivered on the scene but also facilitate smoother handovers to hospital staff, as information can be instantly shared with receiving facilities.
