Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Contractor)

Location: Windsor, NSW

Employment Type: Contractor – 70/30 split

Hours: Part-time, minimum 10 hours per week (flexible)

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 am – 8:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

About The Daisy Clinic

The Daisy Clinic is a specialised multidisciplinary paediatric health service located adjacent to Windsor Station, offering easy access for both clinicians and families.

Our modern 12-room clinic is a bright, child-centred environment designed to support holistic, play-based care. The clinic includes a staff room, meeting room, kitchen, and gym access to promote wellbeing and connection among our team. We are currently expanding to 18 rooms in 2026 to meet growing community needs.

We're now seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who shares our passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive through compassionate, strengths-based therapy.

About the Role

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

  • Provide individualised, evidence-based assessment and intervention for children with developmental, sensory, behavioural, and motor needs.
  • Collaborate closely with psychologists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists in joint case planning and team discussions.
  • Support families using a holistic, ecological approach that values the role of home, school, and community.
  • Deliver therapy within our well-equipped clinic, using high-quality resources and assessment tools.
  • Liaise with parents, educators, and other professionals to promote consistent strategies across environments.
  • Maintain clear and professional documentation in line with AHPRA and clinic standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and innovative team culture.

About You

You are a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative team and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' paediatric experience (preferred).
  • Experience in assessment and intervention for children.
  • Eligibility for or current Medicare Provider registration.
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to family-centred, evidence-based practice.
