About the Role:

Marsden Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic based in Marsden Park and Parramatta, NSW, providing therapy services under the NDIS, Medicare, and private arrangements. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering client-centered, evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents, contributing to service development, and mentoring junior staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy services


• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans


• Conduct a variety of standardised assessments


• Liaise with families, educators, support staff, and other professionals


• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with NDIS requirements


• Contribute to program development and service innovation


• Support the training and development of junior team members


• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions


• Promote a collaborative and supportive workplace culture


• Uphold professional and ethical standards


• Attend relevant professional development activities


• Assist with achieving organisational KPIs


• Provide occasional outreach services as required

Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy


• Full registration with AHPRA


• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in paediatrics


• Experience across NDIS, school-based, clinical/hospital, private practice, and early intervention paediatric OT settings is required


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Willingness to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team


• A current Working With Children Check and Australian driver's license


• Visa sponsorship is available for this position
