We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Foreperson to join our Sydney team and take a hands-on leadership role across major civil and landscape works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large civil earthworks, landscape construction and bulk soil operations
• Interpret civil surveys, engineering drawings and landscape plans
• Lead project planning and daily site coordination
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure efficient site operations
• Oversee ITPs, quality assurance and compliance
• Monitor costs, resources and budgets to support project performance

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role on large civil/landscape projects
• Landscape trade qualifications
• Experience across both civil and landscape sectors (highly desirable)
• Machinery tickets advantageous
• Strong WHSE knowledge, ideally on major projects
