About the role
ATD HORTICULTURE is seeking a skilled and passionate Horticulture professional to join our team in Southern Highlands, NSW. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and landscapes our clients rely on us to manage.
What you'll be doing
- Undertaking all general gardening and landscaping maintenance tasks, including mowing, hedging, edging, pruning, weeding and planting
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Identifying and treating plant health issues
- Helping to maintain grounds, walkways and other outdoor areas to a high standard
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of garden makeovers and landscape projects
- Adhering to all relevant safety procedures and environmental best practices
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in Horticulture or equivalent practical experience, OR someone looking to get qualified.
- Demonstrated expertise in garden maintenance, landscaping and plant care
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to work to high standards
- Good physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- A passion for creating beautiful, thriving outdoor environments
- Drivers License and Own Transport
