About the role

ATD HORTICULTURE is seeking a skilled and passionate Horticulture professional to join our team in Southern Highlands, NSW. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and landscapes our clients rely on us to manage.

What you'll be doing

  • Undertaking all general gardening and landscaping maintenance tasks, including mowing, hedging, edging, pruning, weeding and planting
  • Assisting with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
  • Identifying and treating plant health issues
  • Helping to maintain grounds, walkways and other outdoor areas to a high standard
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of garden makeovers and landscape projects
  • Adhering to all relevant safety procedures and environmental best practices

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in Horticulture or equivalent practical experience, OR someone looking to get qualified.
  • Demonstrated expertise in garden maintenance, landscaping and plant care
  • Strong eye for detail and the ability to work to high standards
  • Good physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for creating beautiful, thriving outdoor environments
  • Drivers License and Own Transport
