qualia has a vacancy for a professional and experienced Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team at Hamilton Island's luxurious and contemporary 5-star resort. Set amongst the back drop of the stunning Whitsunday's secluded natural beauty, qualia is the epitome of elegance, taste and unique opulence.

Where you'll make an impact
  • Immaculate cleaning of pavilions
  • Efficiently clean an assigned number of pavilions per day
  • Ensure all service areas are fully stocked, guest amenities, towels and linen are refilled and replaced
  • Maintain housekeeping trolleys
  • Perform any basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirements
What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.

To be successful, you will need
  • Minimum 6 months experience attending to rooms in a 5-star environment
  • Current open / unrestricted driver licence
  • Be physically fit
  • Have a minimum commitment to the role of 9-12 months
  • A willingness to deliver an exceptional Customer Service in a 6* Luxury Resort
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
