About the role

Hand Rail Industries is seeking an experienced Vehicle A-Frame Installer to join our team in our Epping, VIC location. This full-time role will be responsible for the installation of A-Frame towing systems, as well as assisting with various Warehouse duties.

HRI is a well-established company and  the leading supplier of Grab Rails in Australia. Co-located is Northcoach RV Equipment which is Australia's leading supplier of RV A Frame Towing solutions and Levelling systems.

Accountable to:     HRI Operations Manager

Liaise With: Managing Director, Director, Northcoach Manager & Engineer

Objective: Plan, Install and Deliver A Frame Towing Solutions and other Motorhome Accessories.

Assist in all aspects of the smooth running of a busy Warehouse.

Responsibilities:      Installation Planning, Customer liaison.

A Frame installation.

Levelling Jack Installation.

Customer Training.

Use hand and power tools to assemble and fix components securely.

Warranty Repairs.

Perform quality checks to verify the installation is safe and compliant with regulations.

Other duties as may be required from time to time.

Support and assist Warehouse Supervisor with Stock Control.

Picking of Goods/Dispatch.

Active involvement with continuous improvement projects.

Skill Base:

· Experience with automotive or trailer equipment installation preferred.

·   Current Australian Drivers License.

· Customer Relation skills with clear communication skill both written and verbal.

· Familiarity with towing equipment, A-frames, and vehicle chassis.

· Punctual, Reliable, Proactive, Self-Motivated, Honest and Conscientious.

· Small team orientated.

· Previous experience in a role requiring accuracy with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and installation guides high.

· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

· Skilled with tools and mechanical assembly.

· Good physical fitness for manual labor.

· Warehouse experience (desirable)
