About the role

Rabobank's Security & Control division, part of the COO Domain, is currently seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join our well-established team. Based in Sydney, you will be part of a highly engaged IAM group that embraces a hybrid working model.

Top Role Accountabilities:

  • Provide expert guidance & support to Rabobank staff on all aspects of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including the handling of access requests

  • Support the review, analysis, & investigation of system security events related to IAM, ensuring timely & accurate resolution

  • Perform user security administration across the bank's core business systems, including maintaining application-level security, creating & managing user profiles in line with established procedures, & coordinating the removal of accounts no longer required

  • Schedule & manage user access & profile recertification processes, while maintaining comprehensive documentation & procedures for user administration

  • Contribute to In Control & Governance services, focusing on privileged user access, system accounts, & recertification activities

  • Participate in IAM security enhancement initiatives & projects, driving continuous improvement

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Ideally 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an Identity & Access Management (IAM) role

  • Proficiency with Logical &/or Privileged Identity Management tools

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach, & the confidence to engage effectively

  • Sound analytical & problem-solving abilities across all levels of the bank

  • A good understanding of security fundamentals & IAM principles

  • Exposure to Active Directory or Microsoft Exchange is highly regarded
