Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Governance expert to lead our IAM Controls team, focusing on strengthening our organization's risk posture through effective governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of analysts responsible for designing, implementing, and administering Identity and Access Governance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain rigorous control review processes across entity and asset controls, identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements.
  • Closure of all Risk audit issues and actions in a timely manner, demonstrating proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Architecture, Engineering/DevOps teams to mature our IAM controls, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal and external auditors to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain IAM control processes, reporting, governance, self-assessment frameworks, providing continuous assurance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management governance and control, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of effective communication with team management and senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CyberArk, SailPoint/One Identity, and other IAM tools, with hands-on experience in implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in highly regulated entities, preferably APRA-regulated organizations, with a keen understanding of compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
