Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management to contribute to mission-critical security projects.

About the Role

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust identity and access management solutions.

  • As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering and analysis for IAM systems, translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT security teams, and IAM solution providers.

  • Assisting in the selection and implementation of IAM tools such as SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra, Ping Identity, and NetIQ IDM.

  • Designing and documenting future-state IAM processes, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Supporting audits and access reviews by providing necessary documentation and data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).

  • Mandatory skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.

  • A solid grasp of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements is a must-have.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
