We are seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk for our Ford, Chery and MG dealerships in Moorooka

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the correct processing of warranty claims so as to recover repair time on warranty repair orders
  • Ensure warranty repair orders adhere to manufacturer guidelines
  • Provide regular feedback to service manager and workshop manager through weekly reporting process
  • Provide the link between Dealer and manufacture in all matters of warranty
  • Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
  • Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts as requested
  • Maintain monthly reconciliation of claims
  • Submit transport and hidden damage claims
  • Discuss deficiencies of Repair Orders with Technicians

Successful applicants for this position will possess the following attributes:

  • SAP and ERA systems experience (highly regarded)
  • Previous experience working in dealerships with warranty claims (highly desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Accuracy and a high attention to detail
  • Clear communication and good organisation skills
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
