Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Workfast Full time $78,000 - $82,500 per year

Workfast are currently looking for multiple Asphalt workers for the Gold Coast area, commencing immediately. This is an ongoing position with the potential go permanent after probation period. 

  • Permanent opportunities on offer
  • $39.50/hr day shifts and $51.35 night shifts
  • Local and away work available

This role will see you operating a roller, pavement rehabilitation, asphalt resurfacing and more. You will also be required to do general labouring where needed.

The Requirements:

  • Previous experience in asphalting/road works
  • Ideally live Southern Brisbane, North Gold Coast
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Hold a Roller ticket
  • Hold a Skid Steer ticket
  • HR Licence (ideally)
  • Strong safety focus and ability to operate within WHS&E policies
  • Strong organisational and team working skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
  • Hardworking, honest & reliable character with a positive attitude
