Job Role

As a dedicated support worker, you will make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in their own homes.

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, building strong relationships with clients and supporting them with daily tasks.
  • Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, meal preparation, household chores, laundry, and ironing within clients' homes.
  • Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Support clients in participating in community-based activities and social events.
Requirements
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification is highly regarded.
  • A current Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in using technology such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops is necessary for effective communication and record-keeping.
  • Ability to undergo relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
