We're looking for a Marketing Specialist – Events to bring our brands and experiences to life. This newly created role reflects the exciting growth of our marketing team and the expanding influence of our events across Australia's drinks scene. If you're a creative, organised, and hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to play a key role in one of the country's fastest-growing drinks businesses.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and deliver unforgettable on-premise and retail events, from intimate tastings to large-scale activations.
  • Manage event logistics, suppliers, and budgets while ensuring everything runs smoothly and on brand.
  • Support trade and retail marketing campaigns, managing timelines, creative assets, and cross-channel content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to bring digital and print assets
    to life.
  • Oversee social media scheduling and engagement, helping to grow and maintain an active online community.
  • Assist with PR and partnership activity, supporting brand collaborations and external visibility.
  • Keep marketing calendars, budgets, and reports organised, ensuring smooth delivery across all projects.

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Events.
  • 2–3 years' experience in marketing, events, or brand coordination ideally within FMCG, liquor, or retail.
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and creative execution.
  • Experience across social media management, EDMs, CMS platforms, and supplier coordination.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
