Description
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experienced in contributing to, or leading project contracting strategy development, including risk identification and managementExperience leading market engagement, tendering, negotiation, contractor selection and other pre-award activities for significant scopes of workExperience in administering or leading teams in post award contract activities, including claims and closeoutGood working knowledge of AS and Defence contract forms, ECI and head contractsAbility to 'deploy' into client organisations, or act as the trusted adviser on particular issues or client team capability uplift.Experience in drafting, improving or operating in alignment to best practice contracts management lifecycle governanceAbility to maintain collaborative relationships within commercial dynamicsBeing an active leader in the team and developing expansion opportunities for a growing business.Candidates who meet most, but not all of these criteria should still reach out.
Skills And Experiences
About you:
To be considered you need to have years relevant experience working in a commercial or contracts role in the capital projects sector. In particular you should be able to demonstrate:
Contracts experience in a project-based, infrastructure, natural resources or other industrial settingTertiary qualification(s) in law, engineering, commerce or business management, including procurement and/or contract management.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contract interfacesSuperior stakeholder and client management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong business acumen and critical thinking able to work autonomously.Strong self-motivation, looking to drive your career.Our company is about growth and diversity, offering the opportunity to be part of the new generation of infrastructure.
