Accountant - Entertainment Industry

  • Ideally looking for an Accountant who is currently studying for towards their CA or CPA

The role

This is a hands-on accounting role where you'll get exposure across the finance function. 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Complete month-end journals, tasks and reconciliations.

  • Assist with the monthly analysis and preparation of the annual FBT returns.

  • Preparation of BAS returns, including analysis of GST.

  • Assist with the preparation of Income Tax returns for the group.

  • Assist the Finance Manager with accounting requirements.

  • Assist with external audit requirements. 

  • Ad hoc work and projects 

About you

You're probably an Assistant Accountant or early-stage Accountant ready to take that next step. You've got solid experience with month-end and tax compliance, and you're either studying towards or recently completed your CA or CPA qualification.

Most importantly, you bring curiosity, initiative, and a genuine passion for being part of something creative and fast-moving.
