Assistant to the Licensee in Charge – Commercial Real Estate (RE/MAX)

RE/MAX, one of the largest and most trusted real estate franchise networks globally, is expanding its commercial team in NSW. We are seeking a driven and professional Assistant to the Licensee in Charge to support daily commercial operations and build a long-term career in the industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be mentored directly by the Licensee in Charge and work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Licensee with daily operations, appointments, and team coordination

  • Assist with commercial sales and leasing administration

  • Prepare documentation including agency agreements, marketing materials, and contracts

  • Maintain CRM and listing data across portals and internal systems

  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and commercial clients

  • Conduct property research and due diligence reports

  • Coordinate property inspections and open for inspections

Requirements

  • NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or higher (or willingness to obtain immediately)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with strong time management

  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM familiarity preferred)

  • A current NSW driver's license and reliable transport

  • Positive, professional attitude with a passion for real estate
