Leasing Consultant

The Role:
As a Property Officer you will be assisting the Property Manager in completing routine inspections, preparing the reports and presenting them to the owners. You will be managing the leasing of all vacant and soon to be vacated properties, ensuring they are advertised promptly and home open times are either advertised online or booked in for private inspection. This role will see you working Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off and an early finish on Saturday.

Experience is preferred, you must hold a Current Certificate of Registration or license, have a reliable car and a NSW drivers license. You will be immaculate in presentation, switched on, high energy and hungry to succeed in the Real Estate industry.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
