Spot On Linen & Cleaning is looking for a housekeeping supervisor to join our team. The role involves supervising housekeeping operations across client sites, coordinating staff, and ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Assign duties and site allocations to staff, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Inspect client sites and facilities to ensure quality and readiness.
  • Respond promptly to clients' requests, special cleaning needs, and any issues or complaints.
  • Oversee the proper handling and disposal of laundry, waste, and cleaning materials in line with hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with business management to coordinate rooms, areas, and facilities readiness and resolve operational concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies.
  • Support staff development through proper training and assist in preparing rosters to maintain adequate coverage.

  • Well-developed organisational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety procedures and safe manual handling practices.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and support staff development.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle client requests, special cleaning requirements, and operational issues efficiently.
  • Basic administrative skills, including roster management and reporting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Relevant qualification and/or minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.

The role will be on full-time basis.

Salary: $65,000 / $72,000 depending on experience and skills.
