Our Hotel is currently looking for an enthusiastic and confident Housekeeping & Caretaking Supervisor, to join our friendly and professional team.

As the Housekeeping & Caretaking Supervisor, you will lead the department, inspiring and developing your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead by example ensuring a positive guest experience through the provision of professionally presented facilities.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Ensure high standards of organisation and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management and operation of the housekeeping and maintenance department.
  • Be hands on and have the ability to multitask.
  • Assist with maintaining stock control and supplies inventory.
  • Have experience working within an accommodation-based business in housekeeping or cleaning capacity in a Supervisory role.
  • Have a strong customer-centric approach to business.
  • Have high standards in relation to cleanliness, hygiene and facilities presentation
  • Have strong team leadership experience, with demonstrated abilities to coach others to improve performance.
  • Physically be capable of undertaking the manual labour demands of the role. You will need to perform various manual handling tasks that require a level of physical fitness and ability.
  • Require a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
