About Centacare

As our HR Administrator you'll play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring our HR systems and compliance processes are accurate, timely, and people focused.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries via our central inbox
  • Manage onboarding, contract variations, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation across internal systems
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners and Advisors, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and L&D to keep things running smoothly
  • Support internal portal access, reporting, and employee status changes
  • Provide admin support for HR projects, events, and team coordination
Qualifications
  • Experience in an HR, recruitment, or payroll admin role
  • Confidence using HRIS and document management systems (e.g. Aurion)
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for detail and a passion for getting things right
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
  • Experience in the NDIS or aged care sector is highly desirable.
