Location and Roster

  • FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome; or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier.
  • Paulsens is located in the Ashburton Basin, Eastern Pilbara — 211 km inland from Onslow and 180 km west of Paraburdoo.
  • Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, followed by a two-hour drive to site.
  • Roster: 15/13, alternating between day shift and night shift.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Service Crew Operator interested in joining our team at our Paulsens Gold Operation.

Our Service Crew are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground services and infrastructures. This includes but is not limited to air, water, and pump lines, ventilation bags, firing lines, communication cables, submersible pumps, and mono pump maintenance.

About You

  • Previous Service Crew experience (essential).
  • Strong understanding and experience with the design, set-up, and operation of mine infrastructure systems including ventilation, power, pumping, and mine services in an underground operation.
  • Experience with planning, installation, and inspection of mining services, ventilation ducting and communicating cables.
  • Experience with underground truck operation, dangerous goods handling, and magazine keeping (preferred).
  • Currently Working at Heights and Confined Space Certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Competent with Integrated Tool Carrier operation.
  • Manual C Class license.
