At Positively Green, we deliver effortless lawn care year-round. From turf installation to mowing and renovations, our mission is to create lawns our clients love — and we're looking for a motivated Turf Services All-Rounder to join our team.

About the Role

A hands-on outdoor role covering:

  • Lawn mowing, edging, and turf maintenance
  • Turf installation and renovation (prep, laying, top dressing, aeration)
  • Landscaping and gardening (planting, mulching, pruning, clean-ups)
  • Safe use and upkeep of mowers, tractors, and turf machinery
  • Providing friendly, professional service to clients

You'll report to the Operations Manager, working from our Belmont depot across residential and commercial sites. Some flexibility needed during busy Spring/Summer months.

What You'll Bring

  • HR/MR driver's licence (desirable not essential)
  • 1–2 years' experience in turf, landscaping, or gardening (desirable not essential)
  • Cert III/Diploma in Turf Management or Horticulture (desirable not essential)
  • Reticulation experience(desirable not essential)
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability (essential)
