We're seeking a skilled and motivated
Business Analyst
to join the Risk team of a leading financial services organisation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on analysing complex business requirements, driving risk-related projects, and delivering impactful change across the business.

About the Role

  • Partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives, define business requirements, and analyse processes.
  • Support risk-related projects, including regulatory change, process improvements, and member remediation.
  • Take ownership of project governance, including documentation, progress tracking, and reporting to steering groups.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups, documenting actions and ensuring deliverables meet objectives.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and issues — and provide well-considered solution options.
  • Contribute to organisational change by developing and presenting solutions that align with strategic goals.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience
    in a similar Business Analyst role (mandatory).
  • Experience in superannuation or broader financial services (desired).
  • Desirable
    if this person is immediately available.
  • Proven track record of delivering organisational change and risk-related projects.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • A degree in business, commerce, law, finance, or a related field (desired).
