About The Role
We are expanding rapidly in
New South Wales
and are looking for driven individuals to join us in Bondi Junction as
Compliance Technicians
. This is a rare chance to get in
from the ground floor
as we establish and grow our NSW operations.
You'll be hands-on in the field, conducting inspections, testing compliance requirements, and playing an important role in the safety of homes and businesses. For the right candidate, this is more than a job — it's a career pathway with opportunities to grow alongside the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out safety and compliance inspections at residential and commercial properties
- Test, record, and report findings using digital tools
- Work independently day-to-day, with the full backing of our head office team
- Build relationships with property managers, landlords, and tenants
- Help us set the standard for compliance services in NSW
What We're Looking For
- Experience in compliance, inspections, or trades is
beneficial but not essential
— we provide training - Current driver's licence (required)
- A strong eye for detail and good communication skills
- Comfortable using tablets and apps for reporting
- Reliable, professional, and eager to be part of a growing team
