We're Hiring: Kindergarten Teacher (2026 Start)

Location: Eltham, Victoria

Centre Size: 90-place Early Learning Centre

Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: January 2026

Registration: VIT Registered Educator Required

Are you a passionate early childhood educator ready to inspire and nurture the next generation? Our vibrant 90-place centre in leafy Eltham is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to lead our program in 2026.

About the Role

As our Kinder Teacher, you'll:

  • Design and deliver a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with families and a supportive team of educators
  • Champion each child's growth, curiosity, and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

  • VIT registration (or eligibility by January 2026)
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine love for working with young children
