We are seeking a suitably qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at East Sale Uniting Kindergarten in 2026.

This position offers 23.5 hours per week, including two teaching days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible planning time. The successful applicant will work closely with the Service Leader and a committed team to deliver a high-quality, inclusive kindergarten program that supports each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Provide pedagogical leadership and collaborate with the team to ensure delivery of a responsive, safe, and engaging educational program.
• Support service operations to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
• Bring strong knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice and a commitment to reflective teaching.

This is a part-time position of 23.5 hours per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexible planning time). Additional casual work at other Uniting services may also be available outside of these hours.

• Current ECT qualifications and VIT registration (or eligibility by 2026)
