About the role:
  • Pharmaceutical organisation
  • Seeking highly motivated and detail oriented Microbiologist
  • Open to fresh graduates with some experience
  • Casual contract role with potential for extension
About your duties:
  • Perform routine QC analysis and aseptic microbiological testing
  • Enviromental swabbing/monitoring
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
  • Taking microbial samples in production
  • Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulations
  • Data collection, analysis and documentation
  • Maintaining high standards
Skills/experience:
  • Bachelor of Science, ideally majoring in Microbiology.
  • Similar industry experience is preferred
  • Strong foundation in microbiological techniques and principles
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of aseptic techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
