Our client is looking for a Civil Designer with strong urban development experience to join our regional projects team. You'll work on practical, hands-on designs using AutoCAD and 12d model, supporting civil and subdivision works across Townsville and North QLD. Candidates with a local connection to Townsville are strongly encouraged to apply.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce civil design drawings and documentation for urban development and subdivision projects.
  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD plans and 12d model surfaces, corridors and pipe networks.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, engineers and local authorities to meet project requirements and approvals.
  • Assist with pavement, drainage and earthworks design calculations and documentation.
  • Support site surveys and construction queries as required.

Who we're looking for

  • Experience: ~1-5 years desirable, but open to motivated candidates at any level.
  • Must-have skills: AutoCAD and 12d model experience.
  • Relevant background: urban development / subdivision design experience.
  • Local tie: Preference for candidates living in or with established ties to Townsville / North QLD.
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
