- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ties to the Townsville region - whether you're local or looking to return, we value your connection to the community.
- Willingness to relocate? We're open to offering a relocation allowance for the right candidate (return of service applies).
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring the civil engineering team.
- Providing technical input and certification across a range of urban development projects.
- Managing project resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
- Supporting the General Manager in operational and strategic leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
- Professional accreditation (e.g. RPEQ, MIE Aust).
- Proven experience in engineering design, project management, and team leadership.
