How You'll Make an Impact

- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external contractors for the best outcomes.
- Lead projects from planning through to completion, keeping safety, budgets, program, and quality on track.
- Lead site teams and collaborate well with other Bayswater team members including WHSEQ Managers, Contracts Administrators, Estimators and Project Coordinators.
- Ensure WHSEQ standards remain excellent from pre-start to handover.
What You'll Bring
- Experience with Government sectors preferred.
- Sound knowledge of BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards.
- Solid Project Management experience in the construction industry.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- IT proficient with the ability to use systems like Buildsoft, Procore, Bluebeam, 1Breadcrumb and Microsoft Office Suite including Projects.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Australian citizenship and eligibility to apply for an Australian Defence Pass.
- Remuneration will be assessed on experience.
