**WE ARE HOGARTH AUSTRALIA**

We operate in two connected yet distinct markets: Traditional production and adaptation, and creative content production driven by data and insight. We combine craft, insight and technology to bring creative work to life.
Hogarth Worldwide is home to 6,000 employees; we operate in 111 languages across 157 markets. We are part of the WPP network.

- Creative can always work harder (outcome driven)
- The next new thing is only a moment away (innovative)
**YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**
We are seeking a Producer to join the Hogarth Studios team, based at our Alexandria HQ in Sydney.
A critical role within Hogarth, the Producer is responsible for supporting effective delivery of production tasks across large and small projects, with a focus on smaller scale film, OOH, digital and retail advertising content, through to post-production and media distribution. Managing multiple jobs at one time, you will work closely with our creative, design and Post teams in the delivery of these projects.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with our creative agency partners, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to award-winning, creatively ambitious work for a range of national brands. The work is through the line, with a focus on providing essential support to the team across Broadcast, Press, Radio, 1:1 and OOH campaigns.
You will ensure projects have the right resources (onsite & offshore) aligned to the right briefs, can problem-solve on the fly but also know when to escalate potential issues before they arise.
Reporting in to the Lead Producer, the Producer will provide active support to Senior Producers and the Resource management team, and partner closely with designers and Finance.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Contribute to the delivery of large and small projects from start to finish, with a focus on digital and integrated communications, social and OOH projects, along with exposure to photography and broadcast channels
- Engage directly with clients, to help ensure the Hogarth team are managing expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes
- End to end management of smaller scale adaptation content across both BTL and ALT campaigns.
- Learn and adhere to defined day-to-day production workflows and ensure production standards are enforced
- Demonstrate inclusive and collaborative behaviours when working within your team of Producers, and be receptive to appropriate support, education, and professional guidance to perform at your best
- Work closely with the Hogarth Studios creators and makers, partnering with the Creative & Strategy team when required
- Act as a day to day support for the client-aligned production & client leaders where required.
- Responsible for making day-to-day delivery decisions in relation to client projects, including but not limited to creation of estimates, updating of project schedules and resourcing; initiating actions to identify potential hurdles, escalating to Content & Client Leads when required
**WHAT IT TAKES**
- Likely to bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally from an integrated agency, production company or photography studio environment.
- Interest and experience in Integrated Production, with a strong depth in integrated advertising, social, OOH, and digital content.
- Track record of working across marketing production, post-production, digital, print and motion design.
- A thorough understanding of how to develop content for multi-channel content.
- Experience with project management or account service responsibilities a plus.
- An interest in emerging production and advertising technologies, with excitement about how new technologies impact on ways of working.
- Professionalism in conducting business in an effective manner, with attention to detail and accuracy in all internal and external communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at jnr to mid levels, across different types of media channels.
- Experience working within a team of Producers.
- Ability to work at pace while remaining calm under pressure.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working closely with Production, Creative and Design teams
- Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Please note: Given the nature of the work, successful clearance for Working with Children may be required.
**Salary**: $75,000 - $80,000 p.a.
