About the role

Based at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you'll work closely with the in-house advertising team to ensure all content and production processes comply with digital media standards.

You will;

  • Confidently liaise with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update files as required.
  • Consistently meet strict deadlines.
  • Manage changes and correspondence effectively.
  • Oversee copywriters and designers to ensure work is delivered on time.
  • Make informed judgements and identify potential issues.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties to assist with the efficient running of GP Advertising.

About you

You will have experience in an administrative role along with great organisational skills, and time management abilities. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

You will also have;

  • Proven communication skills with a diverse range of business units.
  • Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • A proactive and supportive attitude towards assisting other team members.
