With Offices in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, and Mulgrave in Melbourne, our modern, dynamic office offers a collaborative open-plan environment. With a proven success formula, we provide strong online leads and abundant inbound sales opportunities, guiding loan inquiries from application to settlement.

We also offer a unique opportunity to support our AFG accredited mortgage brokers with an asset finance spot and refer service, delivering the same level of expertise and transparency as home mortgages. This exciting opportunity is unmatched elsewhere.

For the right candidate, we offer an above-industry award retainer paid weekly and a monthly commission designed to reward your effort and output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and promptly handle inbound telephone inquiries for financing cars, boats, caravans, and other significant assets.
  • Swiftly manage finance leads from Broli Finance's online presence and lead generation activities.
  • Build strong rapport with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough and professional client interviews to assess their circumstances and requirements.
  • Provide credit assistance in line with internal processes and policies.
  • Prepare and execute finance and insurance contracts, ensuring the highest level of data integrity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maintain high performance and harmony.

To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, exceptional communication and follow up skills, adeptly handling general inquiries with ease. Your computer proficiency should be matched by a high level of accuracy in data entry. Experience in internal sales and outstanding communication abilities are essential. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are crucial, along with a commitment to success. While experience in a call centre sales environment and finance broking or similar fields, such as car sales, is highly regarded, it is not mandatory. Being a team player with a vibrant personality, a willingness to learn, and a desire to have fun and be rewarded for your efforts will set you apart.
